Object Description
Silver pectoral pendant consisting of one large triangle and 3 smaller ones suspended from the larger. At the base of each of the triangles are suspended numerous tiny triangles. Intricate incised geometric designs. Classical example of the type of pectoral used by the women of the Ahaggar. The large triangle is always decorated with seven smaller triangles. Worn at important festivals.
