Object Description Hominy corn, heh-go-wa. To illustrate preparation of corn food among Seneca Indians of Cattarangus Reservation, New York. Both white and varigated corn is used for hominy. Ear of corn found bagged with jar of corn. Catalog number is written in black ink directly on base of ear. An off-white paper tag is attached with string around body of corn.
