Object Description
Round bent birch bark lidded basket fully covered on visible portions with decorative porcupine quillwork. Red flower with yellow center and green leaves on lid. Sides of basket and lid covered with undyed quills (natural with dark tips). Rims of basket and lid reinforced with bundles of sweet grass sewn on with black cotton thread.
Dimensions: height with lid = 4.5 cm, height to rim = 3.7 cm, diameter = 7.6 cm.
