Object Description
Basket fragment is mounted with two other fragments on any acrylic plate. This small dark red-brown to black fragment is likely a section from the side wall of a basket. Rim edge is about 8 mm thick, with the wall curvature about 3.2 cm depth. Close coiling with noninterlocking stitches and decorative splitting of stitches on the work face. See Coggins, page 91.
