Object Description
Twined cylindrical soft basket with weft of natural-colored corn husk or rush, with cotton twine at bottom and varicolored wool or acrylic yarnfor added design. Warp is cotton twine. Rim reinforced with sewn-on strip of brown cotton twill fabric. Handle and two tabs of leather strips. Design, in black, reds, pinks, purples, and light green, consists of bands of geometrical shapes made up of triangles.
Dimensions: height = 24.5 cm, diameter = 15.5 cm.
