Written on board: "Upshur County, Texas. 34-119. / Jar olla, that accompanied burial #2, at a depth of 36" J. M. Riley farm, 7 mi. east of Lafayette, Upshur County, Texas. / The vessel is decorated with incised triangles and scroll designs with two band-lines at the base of the neck. / Height, 4 1/2"; diameter (extreme) 4 3/4"; diameter (mouth) 3 1/4". / Gift of J. E. Pearce, Chairman of Department of Anthropology, University of Texas."
