Object Description
Warp-faced belt in white and black z-spun wool. White background with narrow vertical black stripe approx .75 cm from each edge. Ends machine-stitched to prevent unraveling. Length: 69.7 cm; Width: 5 cm; Depth: .3 cm. Thread count: Warp -- 15 ends/cm; Weft -- 5 ends/cm. Excellent condition. One small hole with broken weft thread near one end. Paper tag (handwritten): "Belt for modern costume, Navajo lnds, Chaco Canon, N.M."
