Descriptions
Object Description
Written on board: Seri / Mexico / E.F.C. 1940, Aiń-yo - Seri Indian, Tiburon, Mexico. / "Ain-Yo" / Splendid type of wild(?) Seri. Note heavy cheeks and powerful chin, so unlike any Mexican Indian. Seris are called the beggars of beggars - they had the run of my place and I never lost a thing. They are a pleasant people if treated well but fierce animals if not.
