Written on board: "35-10 / Gansu / Tibet [crossed out] / Gift of Harrison Forman / The Explorers Club / New York City / The Yak gives an extremely rich milk / from which is obtained a very rich butter. / It is kept in a sheep's stomach, and has / been known to keep for weeks, months, yes, / years! (High, dry, cool climate perhaps / the answer?)"
