Object Description
Sioux pipe. Wood stem rectangular in cross section. Mouth end wrapped w/ brass wire. Feathers are attached on either end of wire. Ribbon tied around mouth end. Dyed red horsehair near center. Catlinite bowl w/ beveled prow. Bowl and shank inlayed w/ lead, very crudely done. 87.8x10.7 cm.
