Object Description
Navajo buckle on belt from 1980s. Contemporary reproduction of a classic reposse rectangular belt buckle style with reposse swirl in each corner and a stamped design embellishing the raised portion. Edges are stamped and scalloped and the center is an open oval. Total of four cut green rectangular stones on each side of the center, and above and below the oval hole are set a rectangular stone to the inside and a round one on the outside. 7.6 cm high, 9.5 cm wide, 1.3 cm deep; overall length of belt is 120 cm.
