Object Description
Small brocade wool & cotton bag - red bird design on one side, small geometric design on other; plain area green: Bag: upper section white cotton plainweave with red and purple camelid supplementary wefts forming fine vertical chain motif on one side of bag, birds in diamond lattice on other. This weft-patterned section joined along stepped line to a lower section of black camelid plainweave. Warps, wefts discontinuous; warps dovetailed; wefts have slit joins, seamed. Cotton cord stitched in loops around rim. Four selvages.
