Descriptions
Object Description Child's tunic of warp-faced 1-1 plainweave with warp stripes of brown and white cotton. On either side of the neck opening are stripes of simple complementary warp floats of brown and white cotton and stripes of blue and dark blue warp-faced plainweave. Across the chest and back, three heavy replied wefts form decorative ridges. Warps: cotton, (z-2s and s-pairs), 18 epcm or 18 ppcm. Wefts: tan cotton, (z-2s), 6 epcm.
