Object Description
Stepped corner with diagonal rows of serrated interlocking forms woven in magenta, gold, dark green, dark brown, blue camelid (2s-plied). Weave is slit tapestry with eccentric wefts, and wrapped warp outlining. Across the bottom is a tab fringe of gold camelid. Corner is woven onto a white cotton plainweave cloth (warp: 2s-plied, 12 epcm.; weft: 2s-plied, 9 epcm.); cloth cut away. One warp, one weft selvage.
