Object Description
Stepped corner in slit tapestry ( 1 warp, 1 weft selvate). Diagonal rows of birds and serrated interlocked ray motifs woven in slit tapestry of magenta, pink, gold, yellow, tan camelid and with dark brown camelid outlining. Warps are all cotton. The tapestry corner is stitched to the remains of a brown cotton plainweave.
