Object Description
Embroidered manta. White cotton background with beautifully embroidered alternating vertical black and green bands at the top with a hooked fret pattern done in relief at the base and diamonds at the top. Total of 11 black and 10 green units and 18 stepped diamonds. On the bottom there is a black row with 20 whole and one half white stepped diamonds against a black background with a black band with white relief zigzag pattern and a total of five black stacked triangles that produce a white diamond center. Three diamond centers contain rainbow figure in red, blue and orange outlined in black with rain. The other two have yellow butterfly outlined in black. Cotton and aniline dyed embroidery yarn.
