Object Description Potsherds. A partially reconstructed rim of a ceramic vessel. The structure of the ceramic body appears to fired at a relatively high temperature. It is hard, has may small inclusion and contains many air pocket hole visible on the surface and along the break edges. Identifying numbers: A catalogue number in white has been applied to each of the joined sherds. A Peabody Museum number is also applied in white over the outer face of the vessel.
