Object Description
Closely coiled cylindrical basket with handled lid. Bundle foundation, of bear grass, split coiling stitch, in natural yucca with dark brown pattern in martynia pod. On basket, pattern consists of continuous stepped design; on lid, four-pointed star. Rim of basked colied with alternating dark and light; rim of lid and edges of arched handle finished with diagonal overcast stitch in dark.
Dimensions: height including lid = 36 cm, height to rim = 31.5 cm, diameter = 27.8 cm.
