Object Description
Quilled leather belt with pendant metal cones. Decorated entirely on one side with white, pale yellow, eggplant, and orange quills, all large, thick, and noticeably shiny, applied in eight rows of one-quill zigzag bands (5 to 9 mm wide). The other side was originally fully decorated with hide thongs and metal alloy cones (2.5 to 3.0 cm long), once filled with light-colored animal hair.
