Object Description
Written on board: "Serpent Mound Park, Adams Co., Ohio. / Peabody Museum of Amer. Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass. / John Cone Kimball, Photographer, 1887. / 4 -- The Picnic Grounds at the south-eastern corner of the Park. / There is a fine spring of pure water in these grounds and also a "sulphur" spring. This enclosure is half a mile from the entrance following the road through the park."
