Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass. / John Cone Kimball, Photographer, 1887. / 6 -- View of the northern portion of the Park as seen from opposite hill. / Showing the oval embankment (near the tall tree at the right of the picture) and the serpent winding to the left. The maple tree near the centre of the picture is between two of the folds of the central portion of the serpent. The end of the cliff is at the right of the tall tree on the right of the picture."
