Object Description
Belt buckle from 1970s. Belt buckle of 4 rows of small turquoise stones encircling three stones (two triangular and one rectangular) in the center. The first (outer) row consists of 34 tear-drop shaped pieces, next a row of 32 tear drops, then a row of 24 dots, and lastly a ring of 14 tear drops. Rows of twisted silver braiding separate the rows of stones, and silver balls are interspersed along the outside edge, between the stones there. Reverse is stamped "V.M.B.", probably for Victor Begay.
7.8 cm high, 9.3 cm wide, 2.2 cm deep.
