Object Description
Plaited miniature peach basket of willow with attached cradle doll kachina mother of painted wood. Peeled and unpeeled willow is used in plaiting of basket to give red background effect with two encircling tan lines. Kachina has painted black hair, a yellow and turquoise shawl, and red skirt decorations against a natural wood background. Kachina is attached to inside of basket by a string tied around its neck.
