Object Description
Textile fragment; two pieces of 1-1 plainweave with white cotton warp (2s-plied, 12 epcm.) and brown and white cotton weft (2s-plied, 7 epcm.). Weft changes color in a regular sequence: four white, two brown, two white, four brown, two white, two brown, four white, etc. Two pieces stitched together along weft selvages with thick multi-strand cord of white cotton. One weft selvage.
