Object Description Fragmentary interlocking wool tapestry - checkerboard design; light brown, rose, black and cream: Tapestry portion; checkerboard pattern with blocks of 16 squares alternating black/white, gold/red (faded) camelid (weft: z-2s, 60 epcm.). Joins single interlocking, between warps. Selvages regular. Two warp, one weft selvage. Warp: tan camelid, (z-2s), 7 epcm.
