Object Description
Partially woven slit tapestry web with cords which secured it to loom bars still in place. Three design bands: diamonds; birds with head appendages; weft-faced bands. Bands separated by plain weft-faced bands. Four selvages. Warp: brown cotton, (2s-plied). Weft: white cotton and camelid, (z-pairs); beige, red, lavender, brown with black outlining, (2s-plied).
