Object Description
Finely woven camelid band with designs derived from interlocking serpent motif. Two sets of brown camelid wefts (2s-plied) concealed by the warp-faced weave. Two sets of black and one set each of yellow, brown, red-brown camelid warps (2s-plied) change faces as needed or float between the two layers. Warp selvage reinforced with row of buttonhole stitch. One warp, two weft selvages.
