Object Description
Textile portion; eccentric tapestry with design of serrated diagonals and "eyes". Warps used paired in slip tapestry section, single for section of 1-1 plainweave with supplementary weft float pattern. Design: interlocking bird in the tapestry portion, cat motif in the supp. weft. Weft: red, red-brown, dark blue camelid, (z-2s); supplementary weft: brown camelid, (z-2s); ground weft: tan cotton, (z-2s). Warp: tan cotton, (z-2s).
