Display Title Ganado rug, double diamond figure within central stepped diamond

Object Description Ganado rug. Gray-brown background, with central double diamond element formed by two serrated gray diamonds, one above the other, surrounded by a wide serrated red band, then a wide serrated black band. This element is enclosed in a large central stepped diamond, outlined in red, the red lines extending from outer corners of steps to form outline of black squares, the outline black squares touching the outer black border at center of rug. At each corner an element consisting of interlaced red and black lines enclosing two white squares. Above and below the central white diamond is a white band outlined in black and a gray band outlined in red, and a final white line before the black border. Border: black band around all four edges.
