Object Description
Klagetoh rug. Gray background, two central diamond forms separated by smaller squared diamond incenter of rug, all formed by interlaced stepped black and white elements; center diamond encloses a gray square, the diamonds two at top and bottom enclose center element of black squared diamond imposed on red rectangles, enclosing a central gray square. In center of each side there is a black and red stepped interlaced element, and at each corner two squares formed of joined black and red stepped triangles. Possible lazy lines. Border: white band and black outer band, meeting in straight line at top and bottom, saw-tooth line at sides. Warp: white wool; wefts: gray, black, white and red natural and aniline dyed wool.
