Object Description
Three-piece tobacco container or lime holder. Top (b): woven cotton in multicolor diamond design, edged in machine-made red cotton fabric, over plaited multi-directional (hexagonal) palm leaf basketry frame. Bottom (a): woven cotton in multicolor diamond design and machine-made flowered blue cotton fabric, edged in machine-made red cotton fabric, over plaited hexagonal basketry frame. Inner container (c) (removable): yellow, green, white, red and blue glass beads in diamond pattern on cotton thread over hollow wood base with plug in end; at top is coin, Edward VII King & Emperor, and two long strands of pastel glass beads
