Object Description
Pipe with strings of wampum (stem). The flat carved wood pipe stem is 96.5 cm long, 3.8 cm wide at both ends, and 4 to 5 mm thick. the stem is decorated with quillwork, bird skin and feathers, silk ribbons, shell beads, sinew and vegetable fiber cordage. Additional object description notes under conservation.
