Object Description
Textile of woven raffia cloth. Foundation beige cloth dyed all over red, made up of five panels with one large and one narrow section and twelve small panels patched together. Overall scattered appliques with doubled outlined stitching of typical designs, which are somewhat larger than usual. Curved hemming on one end and the numerous parts indicate a woman's wrap-around ceremonial skirt. Patched. Slight staining. Tag on back, "SA-2 1296 KPPR Z 2"
