Rumsey farm at Holly Springs. / Crudely carved with a variant of the sun symbol and other design elements. / Its decoration and the presence of the suspension holes support the conclusion that the vessel was not used for cooking purposes. / Height, 3 3/4"; diameter, 4". / Gift of J.
