Object Description
Written on board: "Wood County, Texas. 34-119. / J. H. Baker farm, 2 mi. N. W. of Quitman. Bottle with broken neck was carved after vessel was fired. The clay being very hard resulted in broken crooked lines where smooth curves were undoubtedly intended. / Height 3 3/8", diameter (top) 2 1/4". / Gift of J. E. Pearce, Chairman of Department of Anthropology, University of Texas."
