Object Description Written on board: Mexico, Yaxchilan. Maler - 1897. Yaxchilan, Stela 2. (verso) The warrior (perhaps a Halachivinic(?)) with the two arms cut off. The chronological glyph beneath the figure could be deciphered bolon ahau (Katun= 9 royal years, (at 20 (24) years each)...=9. The face signifies "ahau" (Ahau katun). The other side of the stela is much weather beaten. T.M.
