Object Description
Navajo bolo tie from 1950s-1960s. Slider is shaped like an open-bottomed heart or perhaps a very stylized bird. In the center is deeply set a triangular piece of turquoise in a bezel surrounded by silver ropework. Tips of black plaited leather cord have stamped designs and end in balls.
5.1 cm high, 3.9 cm wide, 2 cm deep; cord is 98 cm total length.
