Descriptions
Object Description Long piece of black and white tapa cloth. The narrow light-weight cloth of two layers is painted on one side overall in a matted red brown and slightly glossy black pigment/dye; cloth known as masi bolabola. Side edges have typical Fijian fine fringes with top and bottom edges scallop cut. Additional object description notes under conservation.
