Object Description Small Kuba raffia textile. Although this panel has typical Showa designs in typical Showa colors of natural, brown and beige, the weaving is coarse, and does not have the Showa refined treatment of the fibers. The variety of designs is good, with "streets" between the eight different squares of designs. The quality is moderate to low. It may be a market piece.
