Three miniature carved ivory masks mounted on pole

Object Description
Three carved masks of ivory mounted on a black baleen pole with a whalebone base. Top mask sits on the top of the pole, while the other two are attached to it by ivory rods from lower back of masks. Top mask is white with protruding eyes and mouth in black with reddish-brown interiors, reddish-brown hair, and three white and two grey feathers encircling mask. Center mask is reddish-brown below nose and white above, with black mouth and band around the eyes. It is fully trimmed with white fur. Bottom mask is reddish-brown below nose, has white cheeks, and a black nose and forehead. The mouth is black, the eyes are etched in reddish-brown, and the forehead has white dots. Total of three large white feathers at top and sides of head and a fourth small feather at mouth.
