Descriptions
Object Description Tunic panel with two Huari "winged" attendants, (22 cm. height), run toward each other. The 2 staffs are at the center of the panel,"wings" and belt appendages fill the space behind the figures. A geometric border surrounds the scene. Technique is slit tapestry with dovetailing. Weft: red, blue, gold, purple, pink, white camelid, (2s-plied); dark brown cotton (z spun). Warp: cotton, (z spun), used in groups of four.
