Object Description Tapa cloth. A Fijian cloth known as a gatu vakatoga (produced in the Tongan method), rubbed over a variety of kupeti and with freehand overpainting; cloth as cut is four lalanga long featuring one-half of its width with only one natural side edge. Additional object description under conservation.
