Object Description Border; open plainweave brown cotton with nine repeats of profile bird with head plume worked with white cotton yarns (2s-plied) in five-span floats. Border consists of three widths of plainweave seamed together; top edge torn off. Across bottom, separately woven band with cut weft fringe of white cotton, woven on five warps. Possibly bottom section of tunic. Warp: brown cotton, (s), 10 epcm. Weft: brown cotton, (z), 8 epcm.
