Descriptions
Object Description Dance kilt in natural z-spun cotton with green, black (4-ply) and red z-spun s-twist wool embroidery. Natural cotton background with 15-20 cm embroidered border consisting of short vertical stripes, horizontal bands, and stepped bands with vertical border of zig-zag fret. Side and end selvages are turned under and sewn. On one end, crean z-spun s-twist 2-ply cords woven in. One corner tied. Length: 122 cm; WIdth: 51 cm. Thread count: Warp -- 8.5 ends/cm; Weft -- 4.5 to 5 ends/cm.
