Object Description
Shulawitsi kachina and elder; Zuni elder wearing painted white pants, white tunic with red trim, red moccasins, and leather shawl carrying offering bowl containing chipped turquoise. Elder is followed by a Shulawitsi kachina (Little Fire God) who is prodding him with his fire sticks. Kachina is painted black with white, red, gold, and turquoise spots and wears black kilt with blue waistband, red moccasins, and a fur bandoleer. Figures are mounted on a base, which is signed "Zuni Fire God and Father, Steven Cumosoa."
