Object Description Diamond twill saddle blanket or rug. Small, overall pattern of small diamonds predominantly black on one side of blanket and white on other side. Border: narrow black band top and bottom. Warp: white 4-ply wool; wefts: gray 4-ply and white and black 3-ply wool, aniline dyed. Selvages: two 4-ply green commercial yarns spun together added in as side cords, 3-ply black cords added in top and bottom. [see extended description in Text Entries Object Description]
