Object Description
Standard design rug. Gray background with two serrated diamonds, one above the other; one diamond contains dark brown and black squash blossom and other contains dark brown and darker brown squash blossom. No borders. Warp: white, plied cotton?; wefts: natural handspun gray, augmented, white black and dark brown commercial wool. Selvages: 2-ply brown cords added in all four edges. Warp direction 47.5 x weft direction 35 x depth .4 cm, plus 5 cm tassels each corner.
